Terms of Use

What this website is, what it is not, and what you can hold us to. Written to be read, not to hide behind.

Last updated: 20 August 2026

1. Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Iguassu ONE, a travel company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 67.277.484/0001-91, based in Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná. Using this site means you accept the terms below.

2. This site does not sell anything

There is no checkout here, and no payment is ever taken through this website. The pages inform, the calculator estimates, and the contact form and WhatsApp button start a conversation with our team.

A trip only exists when we send you a written quote with the itinerary, the final price and the conditions, and you confirm it. Until then, nothing is reserved and you owe nothing.

3. Prices and estimates

  • Prices on this site are published in Brazilian reais (BRL), which is the currency they are set in, and read live from our price database.
  • Amounts shown in US dollars or euros are informational conversions, made with the European Central Bank reference rate of the day and stamped with that date. The rate that matters to your bank or card is not ours to control.
  • The calculator produces an estimate based on what you tell it. Group size, ages, dates and availability change the result. Your written quote is what binds us — not a number on the screen.
  • Attraction tickets, park fees and third-party services are set by those operators and can change without notice to us.

4. Booking, payment and cancellation

The conditions for payment, changes and cancellation of your trip are stated in your written quote, because they depend on what is being booked — a private transfer, a park ticket bought in advance in your name, a helicopter seat and a dinner show do not follow the same rules.

Read them before confirming, and ask us anything that is not clear. Tickets and reservations that we buy in your name with a third party follow that operator’s rules, which we will tell you about before purchase.

5. Attractions operated by others

We provide private transport, planning and guiding. The national parks, boat rides, helicopter flights, shows and restaurants are operated by independent companies, with their own schedules, safety rules and conditions. They may close, suspend an activity, or change operating hours because of weather, river conditions or their own decisions.

When something like that happens we reorganise the day with you and act in good faith — but we cannot be held responsible for the operational decisions of a third party.

6. Live river data

The river flow shown on this site comes from public telemetry (station 65992502, ANA/Copel) and is republished as information, refreshed hourly. It describes what the river is doing now — it is not a forecast, and it does not predict whether the park or any attraction will operate on your date. If the feed is unavailable, the page says so instead of showing a guess.

7. Borders and documents

Trips in this region can cross into Argentina or Paraguay. Carrying valid documents and meeting entry requirements is your responsibility — including passports, visas where applicable, and the specific paperwork required for minors crossing a border.

We tell you what is normally required and we plan around it, but immigration decisions belong to the authorities of each country, and a denied entry is not something we can reverse or refund on their behalf.

8. Content on this site

The text, photographs, videos, design and code of this website belong to Iguassu ONE and may not be copied or republished commercially without our written permission. You are welcome to quote a passage with a link back — that is how the internet is supposed to work.

Facts about the falls, official schedules and public data are, of course, nobody’s property.

9. Accuracy and limits

We check what we publish and cite official sources on the pages where it matters. Even so, schedules, prices and access conditions in a national park change. Nothing on this site replaces the confirmation in your written quote or the official information from each operator on the day.

To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility is limited to the services we actually provide and the amounts you paid for them.

10. Your data

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, including the rights you can exercise at any time.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Our services are provided in Brazil and in the border region, and the courts of Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná, Brazil are the ones competent to resolve any dispute — without prejudice to consumer protections that the law grants you regardless of this clause.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top always shows the version in force. The terms that apply to your trip are the ones in force when you confirmed your quote.
